There is also an available EcoBoost® engine which gets an impressive 250 horsepower and 277 lb-ft of torque. All wheel drive is also an available option to be included with the EcoBoost® engine.
F-150
The 2023 Ford F-150 has an available 3.5L PowerBoost™ Full Hybrid V6 engine that gets up to 430 horsepower and 570 lb-ft of torque. The maximum towing capacity is 12,700 lbs and the available hybrid engine has a heavy lifting maximum available payload rating of 2,120 lbs.

F-150 Lightning
For those looking for an all-electric driving experience, the 2023 F-150 Lightning is perfect for you. The F-150 Lightning is equipped with two inboard motors, one for each axle. Whether you have a loaded trailer or loaded truck bed you’ll be able to take off with ease thanks to the 755 lb-ft of instant torque.
With the standard at home charging cord the F-150 Lightning is able to fully charge from 15-100% in 20 hours. This charger requires a 120v household power outlet and is considered Level 1 charging speed.
